Project Description
The plant is fed via a feed hopper, where oversized material > 80 mm is removed by screening, and metal parts are separated using a magnetic separator. A metal detector continuously monitors the feed material for residual metals in order to protect the process.
During water treatment, solids are separated and sludge is pressed into stackable filter cakes. With the optional addition of lime, the treated water can be recirculated and reused within the process. In addition, the process water can be further treated by means of sand and activated carbon filters to produce clean water.
The scope of supply includes the complete processing plant, including feed system, screening and washing units, recyclable material recovery, water treatment system, chamber filter presses, and control system.
