The CEMWASH installations process and dewater cement suspensions and slurries that are produced in concrete plants and when washing truck mixers.
Depending on how the filtrate water is used, it can be neutra­lised if necessary so that it can be added to the municipal wastewater system. The handling of the solid filter cakes is simple and clean.

Some of our CEMWASH installations are equipped with our smallest chamber filter presses with a volume of 94 litres. The concept is based on the modular principle and is installed in containers. In addition the system is also suitable for mobile, time-limited applications. The low space requirement of the entire installation also speaks in favour of this concept.
